Shaun became involved with Sunderland Home Care in early 1994, when Margaret Elliott outlined her plans to develop a genuinely democratic home care co-operative. Shaun’s main working role within SHCA was to co-ordinate the provision of home support packages to enable people to live, and be cared for, in their own home. Throughout this time, Shaun also served as the Chair of the Board of Directors, which was democratically elected by the members in 1996.
Shaun’s key Responsibility within CASA is to ensure that each branch fully complies with Care Quality Commission (CQC) regulations.
Victoria has worked in the financial sector for many years, previously in Financial Practice until 2011 when she joined CASA. Since 2013 Victoria has been finance director for CASA.
