Part of this approach involves working closely with staff to explore opportunities to progress their career so that, as the company grows, so do our employees.

All staff complete our initial induction programme, and benefit from the opportunity to achieve National Vocational Qualifications.

This includes:

  • Health and Safety training, including Moving and Handling.
  • Infection Control.
  • Slips, Trips and Falls.
  • Equipment and Electrical Safety.
  • Control of Substances Hazardous to Health.
  • Fire Safety.

The training is designed to develop an awareness of the need for safe practice and helps answer questions you may have regarding the importance of risk assessments and care plans, common hazards in the home, and how to promote personal safety whilst visiting service users.

All support staff complete Common Induction Standards (Skills for Care Unit Based Induction Programme) incorporating 'The Dignity Challenge'.

Additional training is provided in-house or brokered in according to need. All of our franchise companies ensure that a Training Plan is in place for each member of staff.
