Due to continuing growth CASA Liverpool department is currently looking for a talented, experienced and enthusiastic Care Coordinator to join our Liverpool branch office.

Care Co-ordinators are responsible for the effective organisation of support worker rosters to ensure the delivery of domiciliary care within a specific target area.
You will manage the workloads of care delivery staff on a day-to-day basis and will handle any issues of poor performance, including disciplinary issues.
Your Skills and Knowledge
You will have an excellent career record in the care sector, will be a confident user of IT, and will have the ability to effectively prioritise competing tasks.
Experience in the use of call rostering software such as Carefree or Cold Harbour would be a strong advantage.
Its also is essential that you are a driver and have access to your own vehicle.
