“If I had gone out and handpicked seven ladies in the northeast to care for my mam, I could not have had chosen any better that you. You were always thorough with hygiene needs and so patient and relaxed with our mam.
You made a very difficult time easier including sharing your lives with me, keep doing what you are doing because you are brilliant at it!”

“Chrissy, who comes to see mum at lunch times is an absolute star. She goes above and beyond her duties and we as a family, especially mum, feels she deserves a pat on the back. Please pass on our remarks to the powers that be as she thoroughly deserves our praises.”

“Just an email to pay compliments to ZM – who attended a best interests meeting for a service user she has recently started caring for. Zowie was professional, empathetic towards the situation and contributed effectively to the meeting. She provided appropriate information to help guide the decision that was in the best interests of the service user. Many thanks to her, for her involvement.”

“I just thought I would let you know we had some really good feedback about CASA and your service during the recent transfer of the package relating to service user DR. D’s care transferred from another provider to CASA recently and the family were highly anxious about this change. D’s daughter (Karen) rang to say that, though it is early days, she would like to say how fantastic the new care agency is. Karen said that the carers are always polite and professional, and that they always seem confident with what they are expected to do and appear well trained. Karen said that the carers take into account the family’s anxieties and their communication skills are excellent, noting that if they are going to be late they always ring in advance to inform family.
It is pleasing to hear such good feedback and I feel sure you will be both pleased and proud of the staff group involved.”

“Mum has had numerous care companies over the last couple of years. CASA has come out way on top of any previous ones.
Now to the most important part of my e-mail
The carer JH has gone above and beyond looking after my mum, she looks upon my mum as a “person” and not just another service user, the care and attention she shows is incredible mum can be a “cantankerous” old lady when she wants but Joanne never takes any of it on board, I meet up with her once a week for a catch up and we communicate by note pad left on the side in mums kitchen, I don’t even need to look at what mum needs shopping wise, Joanne leaves me a list on the note pad. She always makes sure mum is dressed smart especially on the days she goes to the day centre (her clothes always match) she is a credit to your company and a life line to us as a family, our very own Florence knighting gale. Will you please pass on our thanks to her, I know I thank her every time I see her but just to let her know from yourselves goes a long way in keeping the morale high for any carer, as it’s by far not an easy job. Kindest regards to you all as a team keep up the good work.”

“Thank you all very much for all your care and support over the past few weeks in supporting Mr T through his illness, the fact we could get him home for the last few weeks made a huge difference to us all and we could not of achieved it without all your support and professionalism, care and compassion. We couldn’t have asked or received anything more, you allowed Mr T to have the dignity and privileged he would have wanted to end his life in his own home with all his family around him. We know he was grateful and the whole family would like to offer you our sincere thanks for all you have done for us.”

“We are brothers who needed the support and services of CASA Manchester. Our aunt R was elderly, schizophrenic, and often in need of varying physical, emotional and medical support.
Over the three-year period, CASA management, especially Elaine and Tracey were invaluable.
We found them to be flexible, caring and supportive. Their staff, who were delivering daily care to R, were brilliant. They put R’s need foremost, were adaptable and were very reliable. They were excellent until her recent death.
We unreservedly thank this management team and staff for their efforts.
We would recommend them to future service users.”
