A job with CASA is a job with one of the most dynamic companies in the care industry. At CASA all employees are co-owners of the business, which means we all share in the company’s success.
And as a social enterprise we’re keen to have a positive impact on the communities we’re part of, so we recruit people from a diverse range of backgrounds.
We’re constantly recruiting new employees to cope with demand, so we have a wide range of opportunities available at all levels of the business.
Guaranteed Hours Contracts
Unlike many other home care providers, we offer every care worker, alongside holiday and sick pay, an employment contract with a guaranteed weekly minimum of 16 hours’ work.
Training and Qualifications
The one thing that makes the biggest difference to CASA’s success is our employee owners. Our aim is to:
- Recruit and retain the best people.
- Engage those people in delivering high quality care.
- Deliver high quality training in every branch.
That’s why we’ve set up the CASA Academy.
The CASA Academy is designed to meet the company’s workforce needs whilst at the same time creating jobs in local communities and securing funding for training. As a CASA employee you’ll have access to a wide rande of training and development opportunities including:
- Apprenticeships in Health and Social Care
- In-house specialist skills training
- Leadership and Management Training
The fact that we’re doing so much to develop our workforce gives us a real advantage over other care providers.
All employees after passing probation after 6 months are entitled to a share in the company, which then qualifies them for a share in the company’s profits.
Through CASA’s EMPLOYEE ADVANTAGES SCHEME you can save money on everyday items on the High Street using vouchers and gift cards, for example supermarket shopping, fuel, clothes, fashion, eating out and much more.
